February 25: Rev. Julie Peeples-Broken Promises
Consider the decades and centuries of broken promises between colonizing governments and indigenous nations. Consider the broken promises between todays governments and immigrant and refugee populations. In contrast, consider the promise of God made not only to people but also to creatures and the earth herself.
March 5: Rev. Nancy Allison-Sinful Tongues
This Sunday we’ll look at the ways we talk about each other and address each other. How we use language to dehumanize the “other”. Help us recall that God knows our names and claims us all as beloved.
March 11: Rev. James Cook-Healthcare Crisis
